1. Just fill out this brief form and our customer service team will contact your with the required* "Return Authorization" (RA) number. Or, call: (888) 685-1735.
2. All bedding and bath products must be repackaged in the original packaging like new. The RA number must be visible on the outside of the package.
3. You may ship using any carrier that you choose, as long as they can provide a tracking number for your shipment. Ship to the mailing address given to you by our customer service representative. The cost for the return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Once we have received the bedding and bath products in the original packaging and condition, we will refund your credit card or you will be allowed to make an exchange, whichever you prefer. Please note that it may take up to 10 days to process credits.

*No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization number along with instructions for completing the return.

Returned bedding and bath products must be returned in the original, unused condition. If not returned in the original packaging, products that are returned may be refused or assessed a restocking fee. Under no circumstances will used products be accepted, and such products will be shipped back to the original purchaser at their expense.

*Any bedding or bath product that is refused by the customer will incur shipping fees for the initial delivery, along with any fees associated with the return shipment to the manufacturer.
