1. What type of warranty do you offer?
All bedding and bath product comes standard with the manufacturers' warranty. The warranty will be specified under the product features.
2. How long will it take to receive my bedding order?
Unless stated otherwise on our site, please expect to receive your bedding order in approximately 10-15 business days. If any of your bedding or bath product is backordered, we will contact you by phone or email.
3. Do you have a low price guarantee?
Yes. We are confident that we have the lowest prices. We have a 150% lowest price guarantee. If you do find a lower price we will match the price and give you 50% of the difference between our price and theirs. Please call, email, or fax us the ad or website information so that we can verify the price. Once the price is verified, a discount will be given. Price must include shipping and tax to qualify. Clearance, close out, or one of a kind items are excluded.
4. What are the shipping costs?

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can also pay by cashier check or money order by selecting this option in the checkout screen. Orders being paid by Cashier Check / Money Order will not go into manufacturer processing until payment has been received)
7. How do I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?
We will do everything we can to help you with any changes to your order. Orders may be changed within the first 24 hours. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone. If you choose to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase via phone (888-685-1735).
8. Do you ship internationally?
SelectBedBath.ca will only ship to Canada.
9. Is it secure to enter my personal information on your site?
Yes, SelectBedBath.ca is a secure site. All pages where you enter personal information are secured by Geotrust. All credit card information entered on our site is encrypted at the time of the transaction and is never stored anywhere on the site or by SelectBedBath. See our privacy section for more details.
10. Are bedding colors on your site true?
The photos on our website are the best quality possible. However, photos may not be actual representations of colours due to computer monitor settings and we cannot be responsible for differences in online colours and actual colours.
11. Are the bedding sizes you list exact measurements?
All bedding sizes listed are based on industry standards. Certain products may be made with deeper pockets for thicker pillow top mattresses, but the industry specific measurements are:
a. Twin: 39” x 76”
b. Extra Long Twin: 39” x 80”
c. Full: 54” x 75”
d. Queen: 60” x 80”
e. King: 78” x 80”
f. CA King: 72” x 84”
12. What are the different bedding fibers?

13. Do you recommend purchasing a mattress pad?
Yes. Mattress pads are a great way to increase the overall life of your mattress. They serve to protect the mattress from soiling and staining, and also can improve the comfort of mattresses by adding another layer of padding.
14. Is there an order Processing Fee?
Due to the escalating cost of fuel and processing costs, SelectBedBath.ca has adopted a standard order processing fee on all orders. By adopting this fee, it allows us to keep our prices low and continue offering low shipping prices and free shipping on all orders over $250.
